Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using WebAdish AutoSheets, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

2. License Grant

Free version: GPL v2 or later.
Pro version: proprietary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license valid for the purchased site count.

3. Permitted Use

• Sync WordPress form submissions to Google Sheets.
• Install on websites you own or manage within your license limit.
• Modify the free version within GPL terms.

4. Prohibited Use

• Sharing or reselling Pro license keys.
• Using the plugin for illegal or abusive activity.
• Attempting to circumvent licensing or update mechanisms.
• Reselling or redistributing the Pro version.

5. Updates and Support

The free version receives community support via WordPress.org. Pro users receive priority email support and included updates for the lifetime of purchase.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranty. WebAdish LLP is not liable for lost data, downtime, incompatibilities, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the Pro license.

7. Third-Party Services

AutoSheets integrates with Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and third-party form plugins. WebAdish LLP is not responsible for failures or policy issues on those services.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• No spamming or unsolicited communication.
• No unlawful data collection or privacy-law violations.
• No storage of illegal content in connected spreadsheets.
• No unethical scraping, harvesting, or CAPTCHA bypass behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
