1. Introduction

WebAdish AutoSheets is developed and maintained by WebAdish LLP. This policy explains how data is handled when you use the plugin.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect or store form submission data.
• We do not track user behavior on your website.
• We do not access or read your Google Sheets content.
• We do not send submission data to WebAdish servers.
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies inside the plugin.

3. Data Flow

Your form data flows from your WordPress site to Google Apps Script and then to your own Google account. WebAdish LLP does not see, store, or process that form data.

4. Local Data Storage in WordPress

The plugin stores the Google Apps Script URL, plugin settings, and an activity log on your own WordPress installation. The activity log contains only form name, timestamp, and sync status, not the actual form data.

5. Third-Party Services

AutoSheets integrates with Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Google’s own policies apply to those services. You control the destination account and the spreadsheet data.

6. Pro Version License Records

If you buy a Pro license, WebAdish may collect your name, email address, payment details via payment processors, license key, purchase date, and license type. This is used only for license validation, support, and update delivery.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to purchase-related records or ask for deletion where applicable by emailing privacy@webadish.com.

8. GDPR Notice

For EU users, the website owner is the data controller and Google acts as a sub-processor. WebAdish LLP does not directly process end-user submission data. Website owners remain responsible for consent, privacy notices, and data subject rights.
